This module prepares the input, runs, and postprocesses the output of the quasilinear Fokker-Planck solver code CQL3D

Typical workflows

This module is used to: * update CQL3D input file from GENRAY output netcdf file (OMFITgenray)

  • execute CQL3D using outputs from TORAY and GENRAY for EC and LH waves

  • visualize simulation results (EC and LH wave power deposition and current drive, convergence check)
