This module allows preprocessing the raw data that is fed to GAprofiles

Typical workflows

• First raw data file is generated within GAprofiles

• Removing (masking) of elms

• Align raw TS scattering data and CER data to equilibrium boundary

• Processed data is passed to GAprofies via a so-called IDL cache file
