Workflow that provides a unique interface for all of the different profiles fitting modules: ZIPFITprofiles, ELMSprofiles, GAprofiles, Osborne_profiles, TGYRO, EPED, ONETWO

Typical workflows

This module is used to:

  • Shift equilibria so that equilibrium sepratrix matches what is inferred by TS and CER data separatrix

  • Apply arbitrary transform function to each of the kinetic profiles

  • Post-fit using alternative fitting methods based on:

    • Scale-lengths

    • Gaussian processes

    • Chebychev polynomials

  • Plotting/overplotting of profiles obtained with different fitting modules
